Customer-facing role to help establish next-generation SPC solutions that work with APC, Advanced Process Control team. This role will be hands-on with the customer while interfacing with Global Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering. The objective is to provide a strong liaison between the customer and the GPM and engineering team to ensure product success in the hands of the customer. This role is involved with the introduction of newer products into the industry.
