Key Responsibilities - Work with New Product Development teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers. - Interact with New Product Introduction teams to ensure suppliers are involved in the development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability. - Use project management skills and quality tools to investigate alternate manufacturing processes for reduced cost

Accurately translate written documents between Mandarin-English-Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa, ensuring clarity, coherence, and cultural relevance for target audiences. Review localized materials for linguistic correctness, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines and industry-specific terms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently execute localization projects. Provide on-the-spot interpretation during business negotiations.

Spearhead product discovery and execution for regional, complex operational projects. (support product operation & marketing features and activities in Atome app) Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with company objectives. Understand the competitive landscape and devise a plan to stay ahead of it, contribute to ideation for what we could build, and add clarity to our product roadmap. Be the “expert” on the current UX for your product areas and communicate your desired user experience
