As a Recruitment Manager at CakeResume, you will assist the clients in finding the right talent and reaching hiring & business goals. You'll also provide talent market insights and recruiting tips based on your professional experience with the team. Actively hunt for new potential clients through various methods. Work under specific sales target or client acquisition number. Manage relationship and negotiations with clients. Build and expand the sales pipeline. Handle the end to end sales process until the contract signing. Update and manage CRM. Work under specific KPI. Other things which are related with this role.

Develop and maintain potential clients. Understand and solve clients' human resource-related needs. Ambitious to explore new clients in various industry sectors. Find and convert "good" opportunities and fulfill those requirements. Arrange and attend client meetings and advise clients on the right hiring decisions.
