1.中英文合約撰擬、審閱及管理 2.訴訟爭議案件策略之擬定與管理 3.提供公司相關業務之法律意見及解決方案，跨部門溝通及對外談判協商 4.規劃及執行法律相關的公司業務專案

-民、刑事、行政訴願、訴訟案件承辦、支付命令聲請等(包括但不限於資料搜集整理、撰狀、庭前準備、開庭、閱卷、管控訴訟進度以及不變期間控管等) -訴訟案件內部行政程序(各類報告、簽陳作業、相關報表

Deskripsi Pekerjaan 1. Mempersiapkan persyaratan dokumen administratif dan teknis dalam mengajukan perizinan dan importasi 2. Menganalisis dokumen sebelum mengajukan perizinan 3. Melaporkan progress izin yang berjalan, setiap hari 4. Berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan lembaga terkait 5. Mengawasi dan membantu pihak operasional/PPJK untuk proses pengeluaran barang import 6. Memberikan informasi terbaru mengenai peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan izin usaha perusahaan
