What You'll Do: ➡ Interaction with courier services ➡ Organizing guest meetings ➡ Meeting and welcoming office visitors ➡ Organize team activities and special day activities ➡ Help individual team members for the search of various information ➡ Coordination of the process of ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies ➡ Booking and meeting management of rooms ➡ Onboard newcomers (office tour, welcome lunch, health & labor insurance, bank accounts, etc)

No management responsibility
