Construction projects execution; (70%) Based on company SOP tasks Includes, layout planning, capex estimation, suppliers tendering, PB reporting, oversees the under construction projects, projects’ completion check and acceptance. Asset’s Repair and Maintenance; (20%) 公安、環保事件(味道、噪音)、漏水、下水道整修、颱風天災緊急維修 Other tasks assigned by supervisor; (10%)
