Hi, we are RIGEM. We are a small but agile team who aspire to build a healthy and balanced client-agency relationship in Taiwan.

The founders, Cerise and Amber are both professional marketers with different backgrounds across the world. Cerise has been working in the UK for 5+ years with several prestigious brands on her sleeves - you can trace her journey on LinkedIn.

We are just 2 year old but our core value has been echoed with brands in various verticals who share the same belief with us. Our past and current clients range from Silicon Valley based tech startups to Taiwanese MNCs. We also have our own retail brand, focusing on niche luxury goods care product, operating through e-commerce site.

我們是理真國際，一個剛滿兩歲的年輕小團隊。我們努力的目標，是在台灣打造一個平衡且健康的客戶-媒體代理商關係。

兩位創辦人分別在世界不同的角落累積多年實戰經驗，創辦人之一的Cerise在英國數位行銷產業工作了五年多，更是許多世界品牌總部第一位台灣員工，你可以在LinkedIn上看到更多她的故事。

我們雖然年輕，卻已經獲得了國內外許多不同產業品牌的支持，選擇我們成為數位廣告的策略與執行夥伴。我們服務的客戶包含美國矽谷新創以、台灣首屈一指的電子製造大廠，更是台灣最強新創 iCHEF 資廚、ALPHA Camp 長期合作的行銷夥伴。。我們也同時代理國外專業精品保養清潔品牌，透過自有電子商務網站推廣給台灣的消費者。

We are looking for someone who is passionate about not only digital marketing but also the way people interact. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of pulling numbers, making charts and figuring out the fascinating story behind the data. And most importantly, we are looking for someone who is fun to work with but also knows his/her responsibility and fulfill the tasks efficiently.

What will you do? 工作內容

前期研究 - 針對品牌需求與產品特色進行市場/競品/關鍵字等研究
參與客戶會議 - 我們與客戶是真正的事業夥伴，不是只要丟個報表念個數字就交差
數位行銷整體規劃與執行 - 與團隊一同討論產出提案與策略
廣告操作與監測 - 熟悉各媒體操作細節
廣告預算管理 - 各媒體預算分配調整
廣告投放優化 - 學習、運用各媒體最新的優化技巧
廣告文案撰寫 - 從超短的Google搜尋廣告到引人入勝的FB廣告
廣告績效分析 - 以各種角度切入，找出趨勢並提出建議
廣告績效報表製作 - 簡潔清楚的數據，產出有條理的故事
公司自有電商品牌 - 協助規劃、執行電商品牌營運相關事項
