Joe Shew

Joe Shew is a finance professional working at R&R Global Partners as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova, he began his career working as a manager at Price Waterhouse. After working there for a few years, he found a career working at The Walt Disney Company. He held numerous financial operating and senior roles at the company, even ranking in the top 5 financial executives. In his current role, he offers his time and expertise overseeing the company's finances, operations analysis, accounting, reporting, investor relations, and supply chain management.

Joe Shew has advised a number of private equity firms and companies on M&A and capital raising activities. Most notably, Mr. Shew advised a NASDAQ-listed provider of cable television services in the People’s Republic of China in executing a variety of M&A, operational and capital financing transactions. Reporting directly to the executive chairman located in the U.S., Mr. Shew provided project management on a $55 million acquisition of cable properties representing 17 cities in the Hubei Province as well as a $43 million convertible note offering to support the acquisition purchase price.
