Based in Houston, Texas, Joel Geddis is an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources (HR) with Target Corporation. Mr. Geddis completed his MS in human resource management at the University of Southern California and holds senior certifications through the HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resource Management. A volunteer Advocacy Team (“A-Team”) member of SHRM, Joel advances the interests of the human resources profession by advocating public policy on workplace-related issues with local, state, and federal elected officials.
