Joel Laub

Las Vegas-Based Real Estate Executive

Joel Laub is the president of a real estate brokerage based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been involved in the real estate industry for more than three decades. He attended the University of Nevada, then earned his real estate license in 1977. Shortly thereafter, he served as president of Roberts Realty Land Company. In this role, Joel Laub brokered thousands of acres of land for personal and client investment and assembled 500 acres to develop the Silverado Ranch Master Plan Community south of the McCarran Airport. He also worked on shopping centers and convenience stores, and worked with homebuilders and community developers.

Joel Laub functioned as president and CEO of Astoria Homes Corporation, which developed more than 5,000 residential units in Las Vegas Valley. He also negotiated ground leases with multiple companies, including CVS, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, and Chevron. He is currently developing an industrial/office product in southwest Las Vegas with more than one million square feet of space.

In his free time, Mr. Laub enjoys racing and driving vintage cars in California and elsewhere. As a member of the Bentley Drivers Club, he participates in vintage rallies all across the world.
