Venture Solutions That Expand Startup Enterprises

Denver entrepreneur John McKowen is an established venture capitalist who leads VitaNova Partners, LLC, and provides coordinated financial and management services to owners of business assets. In one major undertaking, John McKowen’s company was successful in the reorganization of cannabis assets totaling $20 million, without going through a formal bankruptcy process.

Having arranged early stage funding for numerous companies, he successfully backed an Internet development firm in the late 1990s that went from concept to listing on the NASDAQ and a $1 billion valuation.

In 2010, Mr. McKowen established the Two Rivers Water & Farming Company, which involved arranging funding for an enterprise that grew to manage $30 million in Colorado water assets. He ultimately took the company public. John McKowen has also pursued oil and gas exploration ventures, and facilitated the acquisition and leasing of overcapitalized cannabis assets.
