I worked as a Customer Service Manager for Walmart, at a store I had been employed at for over 4 years. My job had included a large variety of tasks in a retail environment which includes: working in a busy/fast paced Point Of Sale area, inventory management, loading/unloading trucks, customer service counter, financial services, cart attendant, tech associate, electronics sales associate and managing/scheduling a team of over 20+ associates. During my time at Walmart I have won employee of the month twice. I also have trained over 30 employees as cashiers, cart attendants, self check-out hosts and customer service associates.
Currently working at H.E.B Curbside as my first official Texas job! I love that I get to apply my customer service skills while also staying busy in an environment with a large team of people. I often find myself asking for more challenging tasks so I can train and learn as many skills as possible.
