Bizydev co-founder Jonathan Fishman draws upon more than a decade of executive leadership experience to support growth and boost revenue for client companies in PropTech, retail, hospitality, health and wellness, sports, among other sectors. Prior to launching Bizydev in 2019, he spent over 15 years in the New York City real estate industry on the ownership side of the business working in acquisitions, capital raising, investment, and asset management management functions.

In 2017, Jonathan helped launch a NYC multifamily real estate platform called Weaver Street Partners in partnership with Silverpeak Real Estate Partners.

Before that, Jonathan Fishman served as an Executive Vice President at Thor Equities for 3+ years. As co-head of its residential division, the group acquired 10 multifamily value-add properties in New York City with a purchase price exceeding $500 million.

He also spent nine years as a Director at Stonehenge Partners, where he was part of a key member of the team that acquired 20+ properties throughout New York City with a range of institutional and private high net worth investment partners. Jonathan spent time in acquisitions, investment management, and helping the vertically integrated company execute on a value-add strategy. He also helped spearhead the company's efforts in relation to technology, marketing, and overall innovation.

Complementing his experience, he holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
