Kuopio university hospital: Assistant physicist, summers 2004 & 2005

  • Computer vision algorithm development with Matlab & C to automatically detect the carotid artery diameter from ultrasound videos. 
  • Writing software with C to simultaneously capture ultrasound videos, ECG and artery diameter signals with video and ADC cards. Analyzing the elastic properties of blood vessels from captured data.
