Over the last six years, my experience has been in Account Management and Marketing. Currently an Account Manager within the AUNZ SMB team, I am confident managing a large BoB and prioritising high-value clients. From a marketing capacity, I have intimately partnered and trained sales teams across three different businesses. Between Microsoft roles during COVID-19 I started and operated my own start-up consulting business prospecting, closing and serving clients.
I am passionate about Search Marketing and love working directly with advertisers to troubleshoot and drive their business forward. My journalism and marketing background underpins my strong communication skills both verbally and written. I am confident preparing high-level presentations and proposals as well as presenting virtually or in-person. I love developing relationships, especially winning over challenging of customers!
Ever since I was young I've had an entrepreneurial spirit to put myself out there to get results. From selling biscuits to the bowlers at the end of our street at eight years old to selling six-figure Enterprise SAAS solutions, I love a challenge and carving out a plan to get there.
Partnership and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is so important, especially within a large organisation. I have established strong relationships with stakeholders both locally and globally and this has been key to a number of successes I've been able to achieve with MSA.
Search was a pretty new field when I joined MSA. I'm proud to have accepted the challenge and have deeply immersed myself in the detail which has allowed me to consult and advise clients with confidence. SEM is a continuous learning area and fortunately, is one I very much enjoy developing.
I love bringing new ideas to the table as well as fleshing out processes that may not be working. A number of the projects I have worked on in AU have been shared as global best practice and this is something I'm keen to continue as the AUNZ market provides unique opportunities to be agile and think outside the box.
I have thrived in a number of new business development tasks from prospecting leads at Trade Events, developing sales proposals for new business, creating sales processes and acquisition events, to pitching and converting my own leads for my start-up.

The best word to sum up my interests is "adventure". I love exploring the outdoors, new locations and making memories with family and friends. Covid has its fair share of new adventures. I've run 1500km in the last year, and been fortunate to travel to 4 different states and campervan around Australia while in-between work. We stumbled upon house-sitting and love the excitement of a new pet and home to look after every few weeks.
