At the Wortley House Hotel, we cater for everyone's needs, from weddings and funerals to accommodation and great food and beverage. I have had several roles at this hotel, and i have worked my way up through the hotel. My role now is Duty manager, my role is to ensure all guests are having the best experience possible, and all bars and public spaces are suitable for guests. Through the years we have had some very important guests.

I have proven myself over the years in the hotel to be very hardworking always pushing to excel, no task is too big attitude.
Attention for Detail
When it comes to customers in a hotel attention to detail is everything, one bad detail could mean a very unhappy customer.
Quick learning
I studied Travel and Tourism at college, and have used that knowledge in the hotel role, and learned new skills, from bar skills, to reception skills.
