Software Developments: 

• Managed all phases of the software development lifecycle for custom solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain the Rimage Medical System to adapt to the new automated USB publishing system.
  
• Develop Windows applications for hospital use by integrating with Phison's SDK.
• Support customers in APAC to integrate their software with Phison / ADATA's USB solution.
  

• Collect and analyze the customers' requirements, and define the project goals with the resellers and suppliers to fulfill the customer's needs.
• Communicate across the internal and external teams, and assist in helping stakeholders to bridge the technical gap.

• Improve and maintain the E-Commerce websites for EQUUS holdings, INC by using .NET core, Javascript, and other web development languages. 
  
• Customize the website by integrating on Bridgeline Digital’s web platform system.
• Integrate OneSource and Avalara tax service, SendGrid API and OAuth2.0 authentication mechanism in the website.

Core Technology Department - Video Codec Engineer

CyberLink Corp. is a Taiwanese multimedia software company headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Its products include PC and mobile applications for playback of movies and media, editing of videos and photos, and disc burning and backup solutions. As a video codec engineer in Core Tech. department, these are my duties: 

•  Improve and fix the video related issues included clips, BD and UHD-BD on PowerDVD and PowerDirector. 
  
•  Product testing on the different hardware platform (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel). 
  
•  Study AVC/HEVC specification. 
  
•  Develop new features on PowerDirector to decode and encode HEVC video by using NVIDIA hardware acceleration SDK. 
  
•  Write patents about 360 videos.

Cooperate with Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI) to complete the research project "Multi-scale detection and searching in the surveillance system." 

•  Implement a detection system for the different static camera at the different intersection. 
  
•  Record over 50 hours' surveillance videos to do machine learning (SVM+HOG), motorcycle detection and detect results validation.
  
•  Using NVIDIA's CUDA technology to improve the performance.
