Joyce Storm

New York Real Estate Executive

A principal of Wheelock Street Capital, Joyce Storm has more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry, working with properties across the nation. In tandem with her role at Wheelock, she continues to serve as president of Storm Partners, which she founded in 1997. Through her leadership of Storm Partners, Joyce Storm oversees acquisition and development of mixed-use developments, malls, and other retail properties in New York. 

Her experience includes serving as executive vice president of Loews Cineplex Entertainment and Sony Retail Entertainment in New York and as president of the Kaplan Group in Newton, Massachusetts. She also spent more than 14 years with the Taubman Company in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where she gained valuable experience in retail real estate. 

A member of professional organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute, Joyce Storm has become a noted lecturer for real estate graduate programs at national business schools. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Theatre Row, a program to support artists in the Off-Broadway community under the leadership of the Building for the Arts.
