A veteran registered nurse, Judith Abraham formerly served as interim director of obstetrics at Thermopolis Hospital in Wyoming. She was brought to the team to help modernize the department and made many changes related to accountability, staffing, and policies. Outside of her work in Wyoming, Judith Abraham has held many nursing positions in Illinois. Most recently, she served as manager of women's services at St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago. As an interim manager, she helped achieve the team's first Joint Commission Perinatal certification. St. Anthony became the first hospital in Illinois to achieve this certification.


Judith Abraham holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Elmhurst College and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University. A member of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nursing, she holds certification in advanced fetal monitoring and as an inpatient obstetric nurse. For nearly two decades, she worked at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, as a nurse and a perinatal case manager.
