In my senior year, I joined the graduate committee. I wanted to do something for all the graduates and hope that I can draw a perfect ending for my college life. My job as the head of both equipment and activity planning section were coordination of spaces and equipment lending. Furthermore, We also had to figure out what kind of activities attracts people’s attention. During those days, I realized the importance of team work, communication skills and the ability to solve problems. These important experiences made me more competent to face future pressures and challenges.

What I learned from these activities
Teamwork is very important. We should communicate with each other when there is an issue or problem between them. And we can accomplish something great and unforgettable. Everyone is important in their own group. If they can finish their duties well before deadline, We will achieve our goal smoothly. From this experience, I know more about how to conduct and organize projects and I understand that I am a person who can even performed better under high working-pressure.

Autobiography
I am Ben. My Chinese name is Jui-Yun Mai. I major in business administration.
I think when we want to apply for the ___________ jobs, we must keep progressing and have the ability to find and solve problems. If we can do better, we can attract more customers. For this reason, in my own university life, I learned not only the business related knowledge, but also use the spare time to forge myself. For example, I read newspaper and business related books every day to broaden my knowledge. Not only I listen to one Ted talk every two days and discuss with my friends, but also practice speaking by shadowing; The last but not least, I do exercising every day to train my body. Meanwhile, I participated in a lot of activities to increase my own experiences by as a member of CCU Graduate Student Association, held 500-people lecture.
A little bit about me personally is that I am responsible and punctual. For example, when I was in university, I held many activities with students from different departments together. I always finished my assignments before deadline. When there’s a meeting, I often arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m also an excellent team-player. I like to cooperate with other people and I’m good at communicating ideas. In my senior year, I played an important role in our organization by communicating with each other when there is an issue or problem between them. Last but not least, I have a great work ethic. Our group needed to hold many important activities last year. But our leader was acting out her duties, I took the responsibilities of the jobs she was supposed to do. I follow the rules all the time and I know all my responsibilities. People who have worked with me think I’m trustworthy.
Pursue a better future for myself
When I served as the Head of Equipment and Activity Planning Section, I learned how to interact with people more smoothly; being a team member of the graduation lectures , I learned a lot about how to analyze information and make events attractive; moreover, hosting the activities trains my ability to find and solve problems.
