• Leading and managing the three project developments for HP, Razer, AVerMedia and Sony through the cross-departmental collaboration. Each project team size is about 10.
• Maintaining the UI, the configuration tools, the firmware updating tools and the mass production test suit.

• Working with the FW team to develop and maintain the configuration tool and the FW updating tool using Vendor Command and HID Command.
• Using this configuration tool, the customers and the in-house engineers can easily and conveniently adjust the hardware settings.
• Using this FW updating tool simplifies the updating process for FW, which reduces time by about 70% compared to the original.
• Designing and implementing a “one-click update” tool, which has been updated the FWs of about 3 million ICs.
• Cooperating with the algorithm and hardware team to develop and maintain the one-click IC mass production test suit, which includes THD test, hardware key trigger test, AEC test and JACK touch test. The test suit saves about 3 minutes each test compared to the original manual operation.
