  • Optimize and refactor the importation of modules to reduce loading time by 4 seconds. Install web-vitals to check the status using LCP, FID, and CLS.

  • Build and design new projects architectures for the front-end with Vue.

  • Collaborate with POS companies, connect our payment APIs to the product app, deploy products across various environments.

  • Lead a front-end team in code reviews, refactoring, deploying and task breakdowns for each member.

  • Launched a POS product, currently adopted by twelve thousand stores, with over twenty-five million transaction orders. Additionally, introduced an in-house menu system for chain stores.

  • Developed LatticeFi, which is a financial B2C product of the company, used React to make flexible components and imported design pattern Redux, which increases development efficiency by 30%.

  • Developed and maintained the internal CMS system with Angular, wrote unit tests that reached a coverage rate by 70%, created our own libraries on privacy NPM, and upgraded the Angular version from 2 to 8.
  • Optimized and reduced vendor bundle size to increase speed by 20~30%, restructured modules features to reach lazy-loading effect while increased the first loading speed by 5%.
  • Collaborated with PM, Backend and DevOps on the product, held workshop to share new technical knowledge with the team, and conducted code-review.
