Justin Dye, principal of the Heritage Elementary school in Glendale for eight years, has devoted his entire career to working with children in need. Before working at the low income charter school, he was a vice principal at La Paloma Academy in Tucson and spent time working hand-in-hand with “at risk” families. This experience helped to prepare him for his endeavors at Heritage.

Responsible for 1000 students and 80 staff members. Led school to an “A” rating from ADE. Increased enrollment over 400 students.

Managed various operations for campus, focusing on staff development and student discipline.
