Justin Lacaillade’s managerial experience spans almost 15 years, during which he has worked with several firms and held various roles. Justin started his career as a customer service representative at ERICO International, managing customer service and technical support across four product lines and seven states.
He was then promoted to sales engineer with the firm before becoming a product specialist. After serving in the latter position for three years, Mr. Lacaillade joined General Electric as a product manager. Over the following decade he held several roles with the firm, including channel sales manager and Central Region Manager.
In May 2019, Justin Lacaillade became General Electric’s commercial manager of life care solutions service sales. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the healthcare equipment service contract negotiations and consulting activities of a team of nine service sales representatives covering the western half of the United States.
He recently joined Madison Industries' Filtration Group. At Filtration Group, he serves as the Global Segment Director for the automotive aftermarket and original equipment service business.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lacaillade has participated in and been a member of various technical trade organizations including the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and the International Society of Illuminating Engineers, among other professional organizations. Additionally, he has earned numerous awards, notably, General Electric Lighting's CEO Award, awarded in 2012 and the #1 Region in North America in 2017, being the only region to exceed annual operating plan and deliver year over year revenue growth.
