Since the end of 2021, Taiwan technology industry has been shortage of engineer, but the size of Nextgen was growth against the trend, from 4 to 20 engineers only by 4 months. I used tools to managing my candidate list and processes. Every steps was like the production line of factory, they keep moving on to fit positions.
I have 4 years of human resources and 5 years of business development in my job experience. During my human resources career, I had experience dealing with labor inspection by the government and established of company rules.
In business development position, I had experience to open many markets of different industries. I founded opportunity to sell headrests to Siberia Airlines, and sold children's books to one of the biggest Canadian publisher, the books were available at Disneyland. I also have clients from Oman, Dubai and India, all my clients are from cold calling.
