1. In-flight meal planning
•  Orchestrate inflight menu design and coordinating with local suppliers:
    London - top tier station in EU
    Paris - top tier station in EU
    Bangkok - Primary Hub station with daily 3 Long-Haul Flights plus 12 Short-Haul Flights
    Munich - New Station start up
    China - CTU / SHE / XIY / XNN
    TPE homebase - financial analytics and payment audit
•  Visiting the local caterer and conducting product presentation/price negotiation/HACCP audit
•  Analyze and optimize passenger satisfactory score and defect rate by implementing
    suitable products and calibrating existing products.
•  Achieve results while managing and executing projects within budget and delivering optimized products
•  Menu card editing 

2. Supplier/Account Management 
• Handling multiple critical suppliers, each with annual purchasing expenses from ten up to hundreds of
millions TWD.
•  Consistently communicate with suppliers to build a strong and trusting relationship
•  Auditing supplier invoices and scheduling payments
•  Contract negotiation to maximize profit and create value
•  Supervising Suppliers in executing improvements to reduce defection rate.

3. Cross Industry Collaboration
•  Partner with Michelin Starred Chef, which leads to a strong relationship, draft, and negotiates consultancy        agreement

4. Budget Planning 
•  Provide leadership to execute and optimize annual budget planning with Total amount up to 
    5 billion TWD
•  Budget and expense amount analysis, cost forecast, expense comparison and analysis

5. SKYTRAX Award
•  Adopt new concepts and products that highly complement and align with the 2020 In-flight service audit        report-SKYTRAX.

6. Training Courses
•  Educate on airline catering safety guidelines to global branch office
•  Enhance productivity by educating and preparing training courses for new employees

7. Corporate Social Responsibility Report (CSR)
•  Edit CSR report-catering supply chain section and integrate Inflight Meal CSR disclosure data.

8. Team Leader
•  Leading 3 junior staffs

9. WTCE
•  Participate in the 2019 WTCE on behalf of EVAAIR to be familiar with the airline caterers and 
    inflight meal trend
