I am Wei-Jhe, currently working in PSMC Diffusion Module as IMP/RTP Process Engineer.
I have worked in Hermes-Epitek as wet process deputy engineer for 3 years.I was responsible for the number of 15 operators management and maintaining daily output of module.I compiled several of SOP, WI and training course materials for new employee to establish fundamental concept. Also in charge of troubleshooting and improvement. The major achievement was developed new process can increase 250% output and reduce 65% cost better than origin production period.
Moreover, I'm not only possess good communication among operators, other department engineers(like Quality Assurance) and mangers but also had coordination to work overtime in holidays or go on business trip. Because I often supported production line or troubleshooting in holidays. Furthermore, I have supplier auditor qualification (internal use only) and certificate of specific chemical substances.
