Kari Carlos

Atlanta Wine and Spirits Distribution Executive 

An established presence in the Atlanta business community, Kari Carlos has professional involvement with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) extending 16 years. In addition to her position as vice president with a leading company in the wine and spirits wholesale sector, Kari Carlos serves on the Atlanta firm’s Next-Gen Leadership team and manages a range of special projects.

Ms. Carlos began with RNDC in a position as an on-premise sales consultant with the fine wine team, and she attained a position as district manager in 2007. Three years later she joined the on-premise fine wine division and served as area manager before accepting a position with Wine Source International (now Pacific Highway Wine and Spirits) as business development manager. With Wine Source, she built awareness of new international brands in the US market, from Italy’s Luna Nuda Wines to Argentina’s Chakras Wines.

Maintaining a strong community presence, Ms. Carlos holds board responsibilities with organizations such as the Georgia chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Andee’s Army Child Brain and Spinal Cord Foundation.
