The company assists state and federal employees with retirement planning, tax assistance, Roth Individual Retirement Accounts, and life insurance, in addition to synchronizing their benefits packages. As its CEO, Karren Di Leva manages clients, schedules appointments, and oversees digital marketing and lead generation. She joined the firm in 2019. Moreover, she is also the owner of KMG Marketing Group, which provides marketing consulting and lead generation in various industries.

With nearly two decades of experience in finance and marketing, Ms. Di Leva has fulfilled leadership roles in such areas at businesses in real estate and other sectors. Her early-career pursuits comprised several years as the owner of Pacific Coast Realty Appraisals. During this time, she managed staff and conducted residential appraisals for mortgage companies. In 2010, she became a mortgage recruiter at American Financial Network, where she handled marketing, company branding, and mortgage-officer recruitment. She held the same role at Home Funding Corp. from 2012 to 2015 and later joined International City Mortgage, Inc., as a sales manager.

Outside of her work, Karen Di Leva serves as the executive director of Veterans Helping Veterans. She oversees veteran intake and directs marketing and business development for the nonprofit, which focuses on placing veterans in permanent housing.
