Kathy Love (Albuquerque Attorney)
For nearly 20 years, Kathleen (Kathy) Love has been a partner at the law firm of McGinn, Carpenter, Montoya and Love, PA, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Before joining the firm, Kathy Love spent several years defending indigent people in misdemeanor and felony cases. Now, Kathy Love fights on behalf of the David's (or his wife!) against the Goliaths. She fights big corporations, hospitals and insurance companies who have put profits over the people they are supposed to serve.
In addition to her work, Ms. Love maintains memberships with industry organizations such as the American Association for Justice, for which she serves on the Board of Governors, and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, for which she is past President. Kathy Love studied law at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. When she is not fighting for justice on behalf of her clients, Kathleen Love spends time promoting legal aid services throughout the state of New Mexico.
