In charge of managing campaigns, marketing strategies and communication strategies for customers. Built and lead the content creation, community management, and creative process. Developed and executed the annual customer's acquisition and growth plan. Oversaw and guided a team of 15 members plus more than 10 freelancers. 

• Successful entrepreneur experience with the conception and start-up of the company in 90 days. Built the team from the ground up and began to generate revenue within 8 months. Increased 40% revenue with the acquisition of more than 40 c in 5 years. Developed the first methodology and a business plan for influence marketing service in Venezuela. The model was awarded by the BBVA Foundation as one of the finalists in its program for entrepreneurs. Invited to be a jury of the National Advertising Asociation and Speaker about Influence Marketing in international event Tendencias Digitales. 

• Created a content strategy for the main Venezuelan brewery (Cervecería Polar). Produced SEO/viral-optimized content for the Cervecería Polar blog and other digital platforms. Achieved 8.900 organic unique user visits during the first 3 months. 

• Generated, organized and coordinated the national Social Media Strategy for 3M brands (Scotch Brite, Post-it, Scotch, Nexcare, Command), increasing the agency revenue by 25%.  Achieved 700% social engagement growth in 30 days for Maltin Polar Light, based on an influence plan and a content strategy on Instagram. Established strong social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, interest, YouTube, Instagram and other key sites for more than 15 brands.
