Ken Haglind has provided executive leadership to Minnesota companies since 1995, when he became the vice president and CFO to trade show exhibit provider Skyline Displays, Inc. Soon promoted to the dual roles of president and COO, he brought the company back to financial health after the events of September 11 severely impacted industry profitability. By 2004, Ken Haglind had facilitated a 300 percent increase in company market value and achieved record-setting profit levels.
In 2006, Ken Haglind became the president of the Minnesota Health Institute, a business consulting firm to organizations in the health care industry. Largely focused on the needs of the corporate health and wellness market, he created a number of new programs, including biometric testing, health assessment initiatives, and an intervention strategy for individuals with chronic and pre-chronic medical issues.
Mr. Haglind now serves as the president of Minnesota Hospice. He oversees all business operations including licensing and regulatory compliance processes, as well as the development of business strategies and innovative service programs. Moreover, he hosts the Minnesota Hospice and Healthcare Show, a weekly live radio broadcast focused on end-of-life and elder care services.
