Kenneth DeRoche is an established presence in his Massachusetts business community who serves as service manager with CVI, supervising the work of eight technicians as well as first-shift field personnel. Among Kenneth DeRoche’s responsibilities is providing customer assistance in emergency situations and ensuring that the service experience received matches the brand.

As a service manager with GSD Refrigerated / Thermo King for more than a decade, Mr. DeRoche ensured that service repair functions were seamless for transport refrigeration units. He worked closely with customers in sales and account management capacities and ensured that new procedures and policies were properly implemented.

Mr. DeRoche also has a background as a City of Lowell law enforcement officer. Participating in community-oriented policing, he undertook a variety of criminal and traffic investigations. His consistent efforts on behalf of local residents and businesses earned him Employee of the Year recognition in 2003. The following year, he received the Key to the City.

Kenneth DeRoche served as an aviation electrician with the United States Navy, assisting pilots in launching aircraft as well as meeting daily aircraft maintenance requirements.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Mr. DeRoche holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in criminal justice. While at UMass Lowell, he was captain of its football team.
