Kenneth Hart Harco

Former Head of Harco Construction

A longtime resident of New York City, former Harco Construction president and chief executive officer Kenneth Hart studied architecture at Brooklyn Technical High School and technical industrial education at New York University. He led property development initiatives and provided construction services through Harco from 2000 to 2017. Kenneth Hart’s accomplishments over these years include earning an Economic Development Award for an HH Builders-affiliated remediation/construction project at 2329 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Manhattan. The finished commercial center produced 150 full-time and 25 part-time jobs.

For the past two years, Mr. Hart has spearheaded a variety of award-winning commercial and residential property development projects as a cofounder of Veracity Partners. In addition to erecting major buildings such as the Renaissance Hotel on 34th Street and the new Empire Stores between the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge, he has built lasting, productive partnerships between Veracity and a wide range of key clients and associates.
