Kim Armus

Kim Armus is the owner KJH Realty, where she works with clients to find new residential homes. In this role, she is responsible for the marketing and development of her company, including creating promotional materials. In addition, Kim Armus serves as a business strategy consultant for Armus and Associates, where she helps clients by finding ways to improve their marketing efforts and increase revenue. 

 A motivated individual, Kim Armus is involved in several local organizations. She teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) through Empowering Latinos, a program of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin. She also volunteers with Guest House of Milwaukee, an organization dedicated to feeding and providing shelter to homeless men. Also an avid traveler, Kim Armus has visited Spain on eight different occasions and enjoys everything that the culture offers, from food to fashion. She also is a gardener and member of the Wisconsin Orchid Society, which focuses on proper breeding of the flowers and increasing appreciation for different types of orchids.
