I have over 8 years of operations management experience. Including restaurant hands on management as well as remote/virtual style operations. I am very passionate about employee development and training as I see it as a path to overall success in any company or industry. 

I have over 18 years in Management. Grew up from a crew member to General Manager in my 16 years with the company. Increased sales by 23 percent my first year with my own location. Opened two new build locations from ground up one being a successful concept location in Issaquah WA.

  • Responsible for the hands-on supervision and performance of up to 100 delivery drivers at one time for the Seattle and Bellevue Markets. 

  • 2nd in company for three months in overall hiring conversion, highest month being a 27 percent conversation rate. 

  • Spoke at a conference to all US managers on my unique delivery of our recruiting sales pitch. 

  • Managed complex schedules and maintained target driver/employee staff levels. 

  • On-boarded new restaurants in our system as well as did in person installation of equipment, troubleshooting and training.
