我是楊承諭,英文名Eric,今年26歲。碩士畢業於台灣大學應用力學研究所,研究領域為使用分子動力學模擬軟體研究材料的分子結構與機械性能,且於研究期間善於利用Python與MATLAB做數據分析。學士畢業於國立海洋大學機械與機電工程學系。

【關於我】        

        您好,我叫楊承諭,來自好山好水的花蓮縣花蓮市。從花蓮高中畢業之後我就成為了北漂青年,大學時主要領域為機械與機電工程學系,因為對籃球的熱情與熱愛在大一時也加入了學校的男子籃球隊,這時期學業與球技的兼顧也讓我學會時間管理與效率的重要性。 因為自身對於不同領域都想勇於去嘗試,在求學期間除了本科領域的修課之外,有關於金融相關書籍與學校相關科系開辦的課程我都會去旁聽,在閒暇之餘除了聆聽自己喜愛的HipHop音樂,也樂於收聽Podcast接收國際間的財經資訊,接觸不同的觀點刺激自我的思維,並保持開放的心態,靈活的思考能力。 

【碩士求學歷程】 

         畢業於國立台灣大學應用力學研究所。碩士期間,在周佳靚教授所帶領的 Computational Mechanics and Intelligence Lab進行分子動力學模擬對於奈米材料的相關研究,探討微觀尺度下材料間的力學關係;期間也於Bio-MGI團隊(仿生材料研發團隊)擔任團隊成員長達6個月的時間,主要關注在深海海綿的仿生結構與力學性質,這期間也與各領域專長的團隊成員有交流與合作,並使我了解團隊分工合作中建立良好的溝通及互動橋樑無法是影響團隊效率的重要因子。 我的碩士論文題目為單寧酸對奈米碳管吸附分子結構之機械性質探討,在論文中希望藉由分子動力學(Molecular Dynamics)模擬計算並觀察微觀尺度下單寧酸吸附於單壁奈米碳管上的構型與力學關係,並利用Python與MATLAB軟體進行數據分析。 碩士的求學就如同進入職場一般,每周的meeting都是一週努力成果的呈現,如何將冰冷的數據用最簡易的圖表與敘述是一種訓練;面對課業與畢業的壓力則是一種鍛鍊。「不經一番寒徹骨,焉得梅花撲鼻香。」——馮夢龍,在求學階段每當失敗苦惱之時,這具佳句總能激勵我繼續往目標前進。 

未來展望】 

        我希望在未來職位上發揮在學期間所學,有關於材料的專業知識與技能以及分析方式協助公司客戶所遇到的問題,並制定最符合公司商業效益的方案或產品,為公司帶來最實質的效益。面對當機械與半導體產業供應鏈國際化的趨勢下,外語能力無非是最基本的能力,持續增進自身的外語能力。 

【短期職涯規劃】 

        了解貴公司的核心價值與職位上的工作內容,並快速學習與適應是我必須做好的本份。 我認為產業與學界還是有所差別,能力上還有許多需要補強與熟悉的部分,希望可以透果貴公司的教育訓練來加強自身所需的工作能力。 公司間各部門都需要有相對的合作,我會利用公司聚會或是活動等方式認識同事與各部門之相關人員,與公司的夥伴一起努力,一起成長。






【英文自傳】 

            My name is Cheng-Yu Yang, and I graduated from the Institute of Applied Mechanics at National Taiwan University. During my master's degree, I conducted molecular dynamics simulations on nanomaterials at the Computational Mechanics and Intelligence Lab, led by Professor Chia-Ching Chou. I explored the mechanical relationships between materials at the microscopic scale. Additionally, I was a team member of the Bio-MGI team (Biomimetic Materials R&D Team) for 6 months. During this time, I primarily focused on the bionic structure and mechanical properties of deep-sea sponges, and I also communicated and collaborated with team members who specialized in various fields. This allowed us to help each other in our respective areas of expertise, and I gained an understanding of the importance of division of labor and cooperation.

          My master's thesis, titled "The Molecular Structure and Mechanical Properties of the Adsorption of Tannic Acid on the Single-walled Carbon Nanotube Using Molecular Dynamics Simulation," aimed to calculate and observe the configuration and mechanical relationship of tannic acid adsorbed on single-walled carbon nanotubes at the microscopic scale using molecular dynamics simulation. Additionally, I used Python and MATLAB software for data analysis.

    With the existing biological material structure in nature, computer calculation and simulation are used to find mechanical properties that cannot be achieved by man-made materials.

    Using LabVIEW Automatic monitoring of Tektronix 2400  temperature and humidity                       

    Use the Labview software to control Tektronix 2400 in the laboratory to achieve a procedure that can automate the experiment when it is unmanned.

We must balance both ball skills and schoolwork, which also makes us understand the importance of time scheduling effectively.  In the team, everyone works together for the same goal.
