Hi! I'm Kitty, graduated from the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at Fu Jen University, Class of 2020. 【Target-oriented】 

I always set a clear goal before doing anything. I usually break it down into several small goals and make sure every single of them has a deadline. In this way, the goal becomes easier to accomplish. 

【Excellent Communication Skills as a Team Player】 

I believe that to complete every task, it’s not done by one person alone but the whole team to devote all of ourselves into its completion. To do so, I often act as a communication bridge in a team. After gathering information from multiple parties, I would try to think of ways to avoid conflicts and put forward new insights from an objective standpoint to make the team operate more smoothly and the working atmosphere more vigorous. I have applied this method multiple times and the results keep telling me that, team members having the same faith will fight together to complete assigned tasks.

【A Proactive and Fast Learner】 

I have much curiosity about life. Keeping self-learning and improving myself is my philosophy. During my study in college, I dedicated myself into leaning relevant knowledge in the field of digital marketing merely because of my interest. Additionally, I have passion for video production and photo editing; therefore, I have been developing skills for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere softwares through internship experience.
