2019/11~2021/09: Engineer

Built Zucast live streaming servers using Nginx, successfully optimizing live streaming latency from 30 seconds to less than 1 second. Currently maintaining a 6-second delay while ensuring stability. Led the development of API services for the Zucast live streaming server using Python and Flask, conducting relevant stress tests to ensure performance and stability. Successfully deployed various APIs and monitoring programs on the AWS platform, fully leveraging its services to enhance overall product performance. Collaborated with the development team to optimize the integration process for new features, enhancing product functionality and user experience.

2021/03~2021/09: Operations and Maintenance

Expanded responsibilities to include maintenance of the company's product portfolio, focusing on regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Played a crucial role in rapidly resolving critical issues, reducing downtime, and ensuring continuous customer service.

2021/09~Present: Supervising Engineer

Promoted to a supervisory role, overseeing a wide scope of nearly 20 projects in the operations department. Strategically allocated manpower and resources, optimizing team efficiency and project delivery schedules. Proactively addressed daily challenges and errors, prioritizing swift resolutions to ensure service stability. Successfully assisted clients in addressing security vulnerabilities, providing comprehensive solutions, and implementing necessary patches. Formulated and monitored key performance indicators and goals for the department, leading the team in consistently achieving annual growth targets.

Zucast Streaming Server

Zucast is an online faculties conference platform, which provides listed companies with an online streaming faculty conference service. 

The part I am responsible for is to set up Nginx-based Streaming Server on AWS, and cooperate with Load balance and CDN services to cope with huge traffic. In addition, I am also responsible for using Lambda to create various serverless API services, such as online merging PDF and sound services, online video editing services, etc.

Project Maintenance

Responsible for about 90% of the project maintenance from the three major telecommunications companies, mainly eliminating various obstacles and securing guarantees. Sometimes parts of the program are modified to make the overall service work better. Because it is an entity server relationship, it will also be exposed to some hardware-related knowledge.

The project generally includes communication services such as AIC, WiFi, EAP-SIM...etc.

I am currently working in the telecommunications industry, serving as the leader of the operations unit. My primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, vulnerability handling, regular maintenance, customer explanations, task assignments, and more. This role presents various challenges on a daily basis, and my resilient nature allows me to handle them systematically. I do not get flustered by sudden obstacles; instead, I prioritize swiftly restoring service operations. Occasionally, I participate in large-scale technical conferences to explore superior solutions, which I then implement to enhance work efficiency. Within the company, I act as a bridge between customers and various departments, organizing customer requirements and delegating tasks to other teams. I then provide feedback to customers on the results, underscoring the importance of teamwork in this role.


One of my standout experiences involves facing a critical service disruption in a key project. This directly impacted customer services. Under the pressure, I swiftly rallied my team members and leveraged my expertise in network equipment configuration and troubleshooting to swiftly pinpoint the root cause. Subsequently, we implemented effective measures to restore service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Furthermore, I possess the capability to concurrently address issues from multiple diverse projects. This ability stems from my meticulous work style and keen attention to detail. I enjoy documenting all relevant information clearly and making sure that each action receives the correct feedback.
