  • 1). Source and Purchase coffee beans and tea material: 
  • 1.1). Plan procurement schedule and calculate forecast quantity. 
  • 1.2). Cooperate and negotiate with internal colleagues the inventory/ production schedule closely to adjust the quantity to reduce the unnecessary expenses. 
  • 1.3). Closely communicate and negotiate with foreign vendors/suppliers the prices, shipment schedule, purchase order contract or customer complaint when happened. 
  • ◆Foreign supplier contact with:Mitsui, OLAM, Sucafina, VOLCAFE etc. or others origin from local. 
  • 1.4). Source the new origin and different grade of coffee bean/black tea which depend on the client’s requirement. And discuss the flavor orientation with R&D regularly to execute the development of new products.

  • 2.1). Share the information at least twice per year from suppliers or website with colleagues, ex: the coffee or tea market/ overall price movement.
