Kyle Morque

Kyle Morque is an experienced real estate capital markets broker. He began his career at Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in 2006. He worked four years as a senior associate with the firm's Acquisition & Development department. He underwrote over $500 million of acquisitions during that time, including stabilized assets, distressed debt, and whole loans. In doing so, Kyle Morque utilized New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits.

Kyle Morque later worked as vice president of asset management at The Moinian Group. He managed more than 20 million square feet of Class A commercial office space and 1,500 apartment units in New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. He served as the firm's senior vice president of capital markets before joining The Carlton Group in 2017.

Working as managing director of the New York City, New York-based firm, Kyle Morque arranges capital for real estate developers. This involves prospecting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with capital providers. He has arranged more than $3 billion of capital for complex projects since joining the firm.

Mr. Morque has a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of St. Thomas and a master's degree in real estate from New York University,
