  • Help case company construct a spare parts inventory decision-making system, reduce the cost of spare parts, reference spare parts call history, we found that 80% of the cost is caused by 20% of spare parts.
  • We use GA algorithm to get high and low spare parts quantity level, avoid too much inventory costs, solve case company inventory costs waste.
  • Design an easy decision-making UI, let user can process easily, improve the situation that was calculated manually on paper.
