Lamar McManus

For more than a decade, Lamar McManus has served as a real estate broker with MV Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he prepares comp lists for buyers and sellers, negotiates contracts, and inspects homes prior to listing. He also advises buyers and sellers on pricing strategies and how to stage their home to receive the best price. Prior to establishing his real estate career, Lamar McManus spent more than a decade as a senior financial specialist with Wachovia/Wells Fargo.

A graduate of Garinger High School, Mr. McManus was president of the Beta Club and the school’s chapter of the National Honor Society, as well as a member of the cross-country track team. He attended the Superior School of Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina, before passing his state and national real estate exams. He maintains membership in professional organizations such as the Young Professionals Network in Charlotte.

Outside of work, Mr. McManus enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and reading the biographies of business leaders.
