Autobiography

Work Experience 

I had worked at ST Microelectronics since my last year in college. I converted to full-time Planning administrator after I graduated. This work means a lot to me. It established the basic concepts of semiconductor process flow for me. My main work was work with planning and quality team to make sure the subcontractor could ship on time. Such as follow up delivery progress, established shipment documents, coordinate communication between suppliers and product engineers and help to hold on various meetings. I also in charge to manage department schedule and training arrange. I often need to work with oversea department for the shipment issues and help arranging supervisors’ itinerary plans. In addition to learn how to work with different teams, it enhanced my English communication skills. I also improved some SOPs for various shipment rules and internal systems. This increased the efficiency of the entire department.

Internships and Extracurricular Engagement 

I also work as an intern reporter during my college times. Reporter is a work which requires considerable independent working ability. I had to complete pre-investigation, field interviews, writing press releases, reviewing manuscripts efficiently everyday. Also I need to learn how to establish local connection to receive more news information. This work was hard but very plenitude. It is an experience that has benefited me a lot. Outside of class, I expanded my knowledge and horizons in different fields actively. I always do my best and complete every mission responsibly when I attend any intern and volunteer activities.

Personal Attributes 

My personality is active and brave to make breakthroughs and dare to accept the challenge. I am independent, responsible and always want to learn more at work. 

Future expectations

I am always willing to learn more. Therefore, I was been given more challenging businesses in my every jobs. Although I am graduated from liberal arts, I’d love to pay more time and energy than other people to learn the knowledge of the semiconductor industry. I am really interested with this job because i would like to go into the planning management field in the future. I hope to be able to use my previous experience to contribute to the company while learning how to schedule product plans and how to better allocate production capacity. And try to improve and cultivate my own abilities in this area. I believe I will do the work very well with my serious attitude. Thanks for your reading.
