Leo Sfikas
Former GM at Currie Motors Auto Group
Leo Sfikas is a service-focused general manager with more than 35 years of management experience in automobile sales. After spending the first decade of his career as a sales manager at Arrow Chevrolet in Midothian, Illinois, he joined Schaumburg Jeep as general sales manager in 1995. Leo Sfikas worked 2 years in this capacity, then took a position as general manager at Elmhurst Dodge. From 2003 to 2020, he worked in the same capacity at Currie Motors Auto Group.
Responsible for oversight of the group's strategic vision and long-range planning, Leo Sfikas consistently drove annual business growth and led professional development efforts for more than 200 sales personnel. He personally mentored employees on sales principles and company procedures, in addition to coordinating quarterly leadership workshops.
Among other accomplishments with Currie Motors Auto Group, Mr. Sfikas was a member of Ford's 100 Club for 7 consecutive years. He was also responsible for elevating Currie Motors Ford of Frankfurt to a number one regional ranking in 2006. His extracurricular interests include following Chicago sports teams and watching the Daytona 500.
