Leroy Stotelmyer

Extensive Experience in Aircraft Testing

A resident of Palm Coast, Florida, Leroy Stotelmyer has an extensive background in the development and oversight of aerospace launch operations. Leroy Stotelmyer works on assignments with the Department of Defense (DoD) and observes the handling of technology transfers spanning the commercial and government aviation spheres.

A core focus for Mr. Stotelmyer is on transfers that involve United Nations member countries in emerging regions of the globe. He works in tandem with regulatory agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and has received the Senior Leadership Award for support of special operations in the Middle East.

In the 1990s, Mr. Stotelmyer was based out of Edwards Air Force Base and served as a chief test and certification pilot with the FAA and DoD. Compliance focused, he coordinated with Navy and Air Force efforts in new military aircraft systems and technologies. These included aircraft deployed in Middle Eastern conflict zones, as he ensured that annual inspection requirements were met.
