- Manage web comprehensive revision. Through user research and data analysis GA, MySQL, I revised the UI and created the major function vocabulary books and its review system, increasing the monthly revenue by 80% and active users traffic by 60%.
- Planning HERO iOS, Android from scratch. Through the questionnaire and the usability test, I managed the functions map and UI redesign, used iOS, Android IAP payment, and negotiated with App Store auditors. In the end, we successfully launched the app in with a team of 4 engineers.

- VoiceTube was awarded as FBStart app of the year of 2016. I was responsible for the comprehensive revision of its iOS, Android app. After the revision, its retention rate increased by 13%.
- HERO official website revision
- Revising official website including trial package and flow, logo, typography. The revision effectively increased the trial complete rate by 35%. By lowering the funnel loss rate, the conversion rate was increased by around 20%.
- Replaced the third-party payment service, and published the project as open-source on Github. The project supports the major third-party payment service such as O'Pay, ECPAY, Pay2go etc.
