我是王曦平，2016年畢業於長庚大學化工與材料研究所，在大學與研究所期間熟悉儀器的操作與實驗室管理。工作一年多期間，擔任製程與品管的職務，已建立紮實的品質管理經驗，藉此機會應徵  MQA工程師  的職務。 

 奠定實驗室管理基本功 

大學課程中儀分實驗讓我認識化學的各項儀器以及儀器的操作與運用。從中了解其各化學的反應原理，最後還需要具備綜合解釋實驗數據結果的能力。亦讓我熟悉各項分析儀器的使用，GC、LC、HPLC、UV、IR、AA、ICP、TGA等。 在研究所期間，進入電化學科技實驗室，主要研究為電化學感測分析，根據電化學性質，以電位、電導、電流，進行定性和定量的檢測。因此，具備開發化學分析方法及技術之研發的能力。

在研究所期間協助撰寫科技部計畫，並參加相關研討會。從撰寫計畫、海報論文與碩士論文的撰寫，從中學習到搜索文獻、整理、到彙整成文的能力。也擔任實驗室知識管理，這個職位讓我學到對個人與實驗室所擁有的顯性和隱性知識的使用、分享進行有效的管理。由於知識的有效管理，讓我們實驗室得到了兩年的科技部計畫。這個經驗讓我對於維持實驗室管理系統運作與分析儀器的操作與維護保養進行最有效率的管理。

2014年9月參與International Symposium on Chemical-Environmental-Biomedical Technology研討會擔任Oral Presentation 

2015年10月參與International Society of Electrochemistry研討會擔任Poster Presentation 

盡心盡力展現專業 

2017年四月至揚志股份有限公司擔任製程與品管工程師，在工作期間接受ISO9001品質管理培訓，擔任公司內部稽核員以及量規儀器校正的工作，將學習到的知識應用於改善公司製程、加強產品品檢項目，因此減少了30%的原物料損失，構築更為堅實的產品競爭力。產品的製造除外，搭配產品抽樣進行效能分析，提供產品研發資料並撰寫成報告。因此，更加了解知識管理的重要性。 

2017年十一月職務調動兼任國貿事務，從接單到出貨了解產品的所有流程，服務過英、印、日、韓、中客戶。讓我更加重視ISO9001的品質管理系統。 

2018年擬轉職回到成長的地方工作，因而應徵此份職務。自工作以來，除將興趣與所學付諸實現外，也學會尊重上司派予的工作及同事之間的和睦相處；希望貴公司能給予我一個為公司一同成長的機會，未來必謙卑向前輩們學習，日後定盡心盡力回饋，貢獻所能。感謝 貴公司撥空閱讀我的履歷並惠予安排面試徵選機會！

Autobiography

My name is Ci Ping Wang, from Kaohsiung. I graduated from Chang Gung University and my major was in Chemical and Materials Engineering. Besides my major, I have also used many instruments like Gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, Inductively Coupled Plasma, which have prepared me for instrumental analysis in the field of analysis. 

I assumed the knowledge management of Electrochemical Technology laboratory. This experience also taught me how to manage with knowledge efficiently. It helped our laboratory obtained two years of ministry of science and technology plan.

International integration 

Participated in the Oral Report on the Symposium on Chemical-Environmental-Biomedical Technology International Symposium in September 2014.

Participated in the International Electrochemical Conference as a Poster for October 2015.

In 2017, I hold a post Technical service engineer of Yangtze Energy Technologies Company. The major of my job is producing product and quality control. After the ISO 9001 training, I have learned how to control the product’s quality. It helps our company reduce 30% of raw material losses. 

Because of our company had personnel changes, I would learning international trade in my job. The experience brought me into contact with other companies and helped me improve my social skills when interacting and communicating with professional people. This experience also taught me how to work with people efficiently. 

Although I am a novice in this field, I am qualified for this position according to the requirements which were described in your advertisement. First, I have adequate knowledge and experience to support this position. Second, I have good teamwork spirit and communication skills due to my working experience. These two facts provide the evidence that I have a quite adequate ability to work in this job. 

I am confirming that I am ready for this position. But I am looking for a good opportunity in which I can make a contribution to the company. Along with this experience, I hope to develop myself, to keep pace with the changes of the era in my profession.
