Hi I'm Val, I have a master degree of Computer Science in Chengchi University. My master thesis is about the research work on autonomous visual navigation for precision landing on accessory building floor. The system incorporates some state-of-the-art vision-based methods, develops other functional components to present an employable autonomous navigation system for precision landing near buildings.Through the experiments in the real world, I was able to find errors and  correctly recover them, as well, gained the capabilities of system integration and development. My university study was Application and Implementation of Traffic Information Management System.It monitored traffic volume by using Webduino device with ultrasonic sensor. The experiences above make me well-prepared to assist the company in this position.

Visual Navigation for UAV Landing on Accessory Building Floor

  • For precise visual navigation for autonomous landing on the auxiliary platform around the building.
  • Incorporate some state-of-the-art vision-based methods. 
  • Initial experiments show the results with high success rate,the average deviation is less than 30 centimeters.
