1. 執行 VR 互動平板迭待專案，分析8項外部競品功能， 與美術、程式部規劃功能優化順序、開發時程。 產品歷經全台 84 家廠商競爭，成功入選北市 4 年 400 億預算之數位學習精進方案，供全台國中小學選用。
2. 多個標書審閱、與業務商討預算掌控及落地執行，結案處理等。

專案追蹤：既有B端客戶管理，硬體出貨排程規劃、退換貨進度追蹤，協助品保處理客訴、突發狀況排除。
業務開發：新品需求訪談、產品展示與測試，繪製效果圖，作為客戶與工廠間的溝通橋樑。(合作客戶:中華電信、圓展科技、禾聯碩家電等)
電商平台運營：上架b2b銷售平台，開發海外市場通路，調整後台關鍵字廣告投放、分析當地使用習慣與競品來選擇主推的產品，成功開拓5+新客戶。
官網、型錄更新: 更新舊版官網，學習基礎HTML、CSS，製作banner、文宣廣告素材、拍攝產品照，優化產品型錄，加速海內外客戶溝通。
